Bethany Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center hosts the quarterly Alzheimer’s Support Group meeting for the county.

Our facility has the monthly sponsorship of the Veteran’s Breakfast at the local senior center. In 2011 we received a plaque of appreciation from the Veteran’s Club of Stanly County Senior Center.

We are a training site for RN, LPN and CNA programs with the local community college and for the local high school’s HOSA programs.
